ABOUT THE ROLE

Village Bakehouse Bathurst is a vibrant, family-owned bakery known for our own Bakehouse Blend coffee, a modern breakfast and lunch menu, exceptional pastries, and award-winning pies. As part of the growing Village Bakehouse Group, we are expanding and excited to offer new career opportunities.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Hospitality Manager to join our Bathurst team. If you’re passionate about food, people, and leading a dedicated team, this is the role for you.

About the Role As Hospitality Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of Village Bakehouse Bathurst, ensuring the business meets its financial goals while maintaining our high standards of quality and service. You’ll manage stock ordering, scheduling, and the performance of our Store Supervisors, Bakers, and Kitchen Staff. Safety is a priority, so you’ll also ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies, promptly addressing any issues.

Roster & Flexibility We’re open 7 days a week with morning, day, and afternoon shifts available. Whether you prefer weekdays only, weekends, or a flexible arrangement, we’re open to discussing your availability. Just let us know your preferences in your application!

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous café, bakery, or drive-thru management experience
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Food Safety/Food Handling Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong leadership skills with confidence to make an immediate impact
• A people-first attitude who enjoys fostering a positive team environment and delivering great customer experiences
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise during busy times
• Flexibility with your working hours
